    The finals of the 2018 World Pole Dance Championships took place in Tianjin, northern China, on Wednesday.

    Competitors from across the world came to take part in the annual competition, which has been held in various locales since 2005. 

    China's Ke Hong took home first place in the men's category, while Yang Rui, also from China, came in second.

    First place in the women's category went to Violaine Richard, representing Japan.
